In case of damaged/wrong shipment, lona.pk will bear the return shipping charges.
Lona.pk will not be liable for any replacement if you don’t file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 5 days of delivery.

  • Whatsapp us a picture of your product with a short description of the issue at 03076653986 within 24 hours.
  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  • Our courier partner will deliver the replacement & collect the damaged/wrong shipment.
